CRE Auctions and Loan Sales
For sellers of commercial real estate assets or notes, ACE provides a proven path to a seamless transaction. With our experienced team managing due diligence, compliance, asset marketing, and bidder engagement, we ensure transparency and full deal visibility all the way to closure within 30 days on asset sales. While note sales follow a similar marketing timeline, consummation of the transaction occurs in 10 business days.
From seller onboarding, asset listing, and targeted asset marketing to buyer registration and auction execution, ACE manages the transaction end-to-end. Bidders have a competitive environment in a 2-day live auction with no upfront costs needed to participate.
CRE Qualified Auctions
Our Qualified Auctions are designed for high-value institutional assets that require a higher-touch sales process. After a preliminary round of indicative bids, eligible final bidders are invited to participate in the best & final auction round. This two-stage process gives institutional buyers the confidence and time they need to complete their diligence and pricing transparency. It also affords the seller and brokerage team the ability to maximize value through an auction final round.
CRE Property Listings
Sometimes, a property just needs the right visibility and a wide reach. Our CRE Property Listings let agents and sellers showcase high-quality commercial assets for sale to our network of buyers and br§okers without going to auction. It’s a fast and effective way to drive interest, assess the market, or attract serious buyers.
Listing Timeline
Add your listing for free and take advantage of our platform to widen your market. Once due diligence and marketing assets are submitted, listings go live instantly and remain on the ACE platform until they reach a successful sale.
Listing Process
After onboarding and listing set-up, our ACE platform generates a dedicated listing page with key property highlights, photography, and property details. Once each listing goes live, interested buyers can connect directly with the external listing agent to learn more.
