Kevin Lipson is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with deep experience, proven success, and an unwavering passion for the commercial real estate auction space. As the Founder and CEO of Apex Commercial Exchange (ACE), Kevin built ACE to not only meet but exceed market demands.
Kevin’s experience in the CRE Auction space has enabled him to identify the critical shortcomings of existing platforms and develop innovative solutions that directly address these gaps. This strategic advantage positions ACE as the definitive leader, setting a new standard in the industry.
With over $30 billion in transactional experience, Kevin has successfully closed deals across all asset types and geographies. Before launching ACE, he held senior leadership roles at RI Marketplace and Ten-X, where he was the top producer at both firms, driving institutional growth and strengthening strategic brokerage partnerships.
Prior to entering the auction space, Kevin was an acquisitions officer for American Realty Capital’s global sale-leaseback strategy (NYSE: GNL), where he closed $5 billion in transactions across the U.S. and Western Europe. Additionally, he’s advised on and closed over $24 billion in real estate mergers and acquisitions, bringing a unique investment perspective to the auction process.
Kevin holds an MS in Real Estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and a BA in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
